HE module is designed to control a set of heaters (up to 6 three-phase heaters) of an electric heater. The module issues a control signal to switch on an appropriate number of heaters for continuous operation, and one heater is controlled by a PWM signal with a period of 1s ÷ 10s. The number of switched on heaters and the degree of PWM signal control is determined by the signal on the analog input 0V ÷ 10V (taking into account the current power limitation). The device is equipped with three digital inputs allowing to take into account in the control algorithm such alarm states as lack of fan compression, too high temperature of heaters and signal from water heater anti-freeze thermostat. The occurrence of an alarm condition is signaled by a digital output - a potential-free switchable contact.
